Terms & Conditions FS Electrical Installation LTD

Quote Expires within 14 days from date of Quotation

1. Payment Terms

• Estimates: Any estimate provided by FS Electrical Installation LTD is based on the initial scope of work.

• Deposits: A deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before the commencement of work if the value is over £1000. This

deposit is non-refundable.

• Payment Schedule: Full payment for services is due upon completion of the work on site unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, cheque or cash.

• Late Payments: Payments not made within 30 days of completion will incur a late fee of 10% per month.

2. Change Orders

• If you request any changes or additions to the scope of work during the project, we will provide a revised estimate and timeline.

Additional work will be subject to approval by both parties, and any changes will incur extra charges.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Cancellations: If you cancel the project after work has begun, you will be liable for any costs incurred up to that point, including labour

and materials.

• Cancellations fee: If you cancel your services with under 24 hours of the scheduled date/time, 20%-50% of the total service cost will

apply. This fee is intended to cover the costs of time, resources, and any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule the service, please notify us at least 48 hours/days in advance.

4. Liability and Limitations

• Making Good: FS Electrical Installation Ltd. does not offer a "making good" service for work completed by our operatives. This means

that any necessary rework, adjustments, or repairs to areas affected by our installation work will be the responsibility of the client e.g

plastering.
